Have you recently (or not so recently) had a baby and you want to reconnect with your body or get into running - but you need a space where mums are supported? You've found it! 

​

Our Mama-friendly running sessions are all about making time for YOU - whether you are new to running or coming back after a break, or you've already clocked pavement time and want to share it with like-minded mums.

​

What to expect:

  • Safe progressive postnatal aware running sessions

  • Tips for returning to running after baby - hello pelvic floor and core confidence!

  • ​A space where no pace it too slow & every question is welcome.

  • The best support network with rel talk and a whole lot of cheering each other on.

  • A no pressure, comparison free zone.
