Mama Time Out: The Power of You

A Child-Free Afternoon Just for You, Mama! 

Step away from the chaos and into a space designed to recharge, reconnect, and empower you. This 2.5-hour, child-free afternoon is all about movement, knowledge, and self-care, so you leave feeling refreshed and stronger—inside and out.

What’s in Store:

2:00 PM – Welcome
Arrive, settle in, and get ready for an afternoon dedicated to YOU.

2:15 PM – Intention Setting
Pause, breathe, and set your personal intention for the session ahead. 

​

2:30 PM – Strength Session (45 mins)
Led by two pre & postnatal fitness experts, this workout is designed to help you feel strong, energised, and confident in your body—whether you're newly postpartum or years into motherhood.

​

3:15 PM – Tea & Cake Break
Enjoy a well-earned break with delicious tea and cake while chatting with fellow mums. 

​

3:30 PM – Pelvic Floor Health Talk
“From Baby to Beyond: Pelvic Floor Health for Mums & Midlife” with The Mummy Physio. Gain expert insight on how to care for your pelvic floor through all stages of motherhood and beyond.

4:15 PM – Breathwork for Self-Care
A calming session with Breathe and Move It, focused on conscious breathwork to regulate your nervous system and promote compassionate self-care. Leave feeling grounded and recharged.

​

4:45 PM – Round-Up & Reflection
A chance to reflect, ask questions, and take away key learnings from the afternoon. You'll leave feeling strong, empowered, and supported—because, Mama, YOU deserve this time.
