8 progressive strength sessions

This course supports your physical rehab, steadily builds your strength and core and gives you the confidence to return to the exercise.

 

Join from your 6-8 week doctors check. Bring your baby along until they are at a gentle toddle. Each course is limited to 8 people and starts with group meet and one-to-one consult followed by 8 weeks of progressive sessions. We use a mix of weights, functional fitness equipment and bodyweight exercises.

 

We are also unique in our inclusion of in-room baby support, at your discretion. Our in-room baby support are on hand to support by entertaining the babies within eye and earshot of you, allowing you to make the most of your workout. 

 

Based at Shredquarters, and Riptide Fitness in Hove. There is plenty of space to accommodate pushchairs, bouncers, toys, snacks, blankets and buggy access!
