Service Description
Our Postnatal Strength sessions help you return to exercise in a supported environment - both with a pre and postnatal personal trainer and an in-room baby support person in the room. Get strong from the inside out, build strength for the everyday and support your posture! Looking to return to exercise - we can help! Each course is limited to 8 mamas so we can adapt sessions to suit you and your own postnatal journey. The course is split into two blocks of 4 and 3 so you can see your progress as each workout progresses. 75% strength work with a small cardio blast to get those endorphins going! As well as the class we offer: - Access to all your workouts to take to a gym and do in your own time. - Access to 5 x 10 minute core and pelvic floor strength routines. - Stretch and release routines - Explainer videos to explain both breathing and pelvic floor engagement - A make-up class (if you miss a session you have access to Strong Mamas Club for one session - our baby-free class on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings). *Please check dates prior to booking: the price is for a block booking and non-refundable unless for valid health reasons and at Mamatime's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Once booked postnatal Strength Courses are non refundable. Strong mamas club can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours before your class. In circumstances out of your control and at Mamatime's discretion I arrange for a credit note and arrange a new session for you. Personal Training can be rescheduled 24 hours prior - anytime after this refund is at Mamatime's discretion and on a medical basis only.
