A full-day retreat for mothers at Saltdean Lido.

One day to slow down, move your body, nourish yourself, and return feeling restored. This retreat blends gentle movement, sea air, sauna, swim, deep relaxation, and meaningful connection in a beautiful coastal setting.

Motherhood asks a lot of us.

We spend our days caring for others, managing schedules, carrying the mental load and putting everyone else's needs first. Somewhere amongst it all, our own wellbeing can end up at the bottom of the list.

The Reset has been created to change that.

Join us for a full day of movement, nourishment, relaxation and connection in the beautiful surroundings of Saltdean Lido. From mindful movement and beach walks to nourishing food, sauna sessions and deep relaxation, every element of the day has been thoughtfully curated to help you slow down, reset your nervous system and leave feeling restored.

Your Retreat Schedule

9:30am – Arrival & Welcome

Start your day with drinks and light refreshments from The Reading Room as you settle into the beautiful surroundings of Saltdean Lido.

10:00am – Intention Setting

Take a moment to pause and reflect as we set intentions for the day ahead.

10:30am – Strength Session

An energising and empowering class designed to help you reconnect with your body and feel strong.

11:15am – Coastal Walk

Enjoy a mindful beachside walk, taking in the sea air and allowing your mind and body to unwind.

12:00pm – Nourishing Lunch

Relax and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by The Reading Room.

1:15pm – Pilates

A gentle movement session designed to improve mobility, release tension and leave you feeling refreshed.

2:00pm – Sauna & Swim Experience

Two blissful hours to enjoy the sauna, swimming, snacks and complete relaxation.

 

4:15pm – Sound Bath

Sink into deep rest with a restorative sound healing experience.

 

5:00pm – Closing Reflections

We'll finish the day together with reflection, connection and a beautiful goodie bag to take home.

 

5:30pm – Home Time

Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more like yourself.
