Im Vicki, a specialist pre & postnatal trainer based in Worthing. I love supporting women through both personal training and Postnatal Strength sessions helping you feel strong in your body, confident in your abilities, and supported every step of the way. Whether you're pregnant, or regaining strength after birth, building confidence in movement or finding a safe space to train, my goal is always the same: that yuo feel seen, understood, and celebrated.
