This 6-week course is designed to support your postnatal recovery in a gentle, empowering way. Helping you feel strong, capable, and more like you again.
Across the course, you’ll experience a blend of Barre and Mat Pilates, combining deep core work with low-impact strength and toning exercises.
Each session is carefully programmed by our trainer Sofia to help you rehab your body after birth, rebuild strength safely, and move with confidence.
Babies are with you in this class.
Bring a blanket and a carrier, as we combine mat-based Pilates with carrier-based Barre movements so you can move, strengthen, and stay connected to your baby throughout.
With a maximum of just 6 mamas per class, you’ll receive personalised guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
This is your time to feel strong, supported, and part of a community of like-minded mums.
