Join our Postnatal Strength course – designed especially for mums who want to return to exercise safely, confidently, and with support every step of the way. 👶 In-room baby support means no need to choose between your baby and your workout. 💪 Led by a specialist Postnatal PT, you’ll build real strength—from the inside out. Think core, full-body, and posture work that actually makes you feel better in your body. We keep it small—just 8 mums per course—so every session can be tailored to your unique postnatal journey. ⏰ The course starts with a 1:1 consult and meet and greet (think nursery settle session) 🔁 The course runs in two blocks so you can track your progress and feel your strength grow, week by week. ✨ 75% strength, 25% cardio – just enough to get those feel-good endorphins flying. And there's more: ✔️ Your full workouts to take to the gym ✔️ 5 x 10-min core + pelvic floor videos ✔️ Stretch & release sessions ✔️ Easy-to-follow breathing & pelvic floor tutorials ✔️ A bonus Strong Mamas class (valid for 3 months post-course!) Cancellation Policy
Once booked postnatal Strength Courses are non refundable. Strong mamas club can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours before your class. In circumstances out of your control and at Mamatime's discretion I arrange for a credit note and arrange a new session for you. Personal Training can be rescheduled 24 hours prior - anytime after this refund is at Mamatime's discretion and on a medical basis only.
