Service Description

No jumping around in the rain - come and train in a state of the art facility with trainers that know and understand your body! Build confidence and strength in your training with our Strong Mamas. Prioritise yourself in a supported environment with training focused on hormone health throughout all chapters of a woman's life, with our Postnatal specialists. With a max ratio of 1:12 (trainer to client) this class helps you progress your strength, focus on your form, understand how to train in and out of our sessions, whilst giving additional support for those with pelvic floor and Diastasis Recti issues. If you are newly postnatal we recommend first joining our Postnatal Strength courses to focus on early rehab before joining Strong Mamas. Any questions pop us an email to hello@mamatime.co.uk Once you have booked your first class please fill in our Par-Q form so we know you are safe to exercise and have any supporting information on how to best support you in class.

Cancellation Policy

Postnatal Strength: Once booked Postnatal Strength courses are non refundable. If you cannot attend for medical reasons and at Mamatime's discretion we may offer a make up session you can use at a later date. Strong Mamas: Can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours before your class and can be booked onto up until the class start time - please make sure you book in before arrival. Personal Training: can be rescheduled 24 hours prior - anytime after this refund is at Mamatime's discretion and on a medical basis only.
