Strong Mamas Club - for any mum whether you are 18 weeks, months, or years postpartum! This class is baby/child-free.

Every Sunday 8am @ Shredquarters Brighton

 

No jumping around in the rain - come and train in a state of the art facility with postnatal trainers that know and understand your body!

Build confidence and strength with Strong Mamas Club.

Prioritise yourself in a supported environment with training focused on hormone health throughout all chapters of a womanhood.

Limited to 12: this class helps you progress your strength, focus on your form, understand how to train in and out of our sessions, whilst giving additional support for those with pelvic floor and Diastasis Recti issues.

If you are newly postnatal we recommend either our Postnatal Strength Courses or booking a one off 1 hour 1:1 consult / personal training session before you join these sessions. If you have done other exercises i.e. running or buggyfit in the park and want to improve your strength you are good to come along :)

 

We use a mix of weights, functional fitness equipment, bodyweight exercises and cardio equipment. Based at Shredquarters, Hove

Drop in session = £16.50

4 Class Pass = £60 (to be used within 6 weeks of your first session)
8 Class Pass =
£110 (to be used within 12 weeks of your first session)
