Your pregnant and postnatal journey is completely individual, one to one personal training is the best support for your individual goals and needs.

Every person thats had a baby is postpartum - whether your baby is 18 weeks, months or years old. 1:1 training can help to strengthen and support your pelvic floor and give you confidence returning to group classes, sports and running as well as feeling better in your everyday.

We have a group of trainers that all support 1:1s with differing availabilities. Please reply with your availability and what you are looking for and we will refer you to a suitable trainer for you.

Training starts with a one hour 1:1 consult and movement assessment (Online or in person £60)

We work with people both in person for weekly sessions, hybrid (one session a month and programmes written for you) and fully remotely making training both accessible and affordable for busy mums looking to prioritise themselves.
