Your pregnant and postnatal journey is completely individual, one to one personal training is the best support for your individual goals and needs.

Every person thats had a baby is postpartum - whether your baby is 18 weeks, months or years old. 1:1 and 2:1 training can help to strengthen and support your pelvic floor and give you confidence returning to group classes, sports and running as well as feeling better in your everyday.

Sessions start from £50 for a 45 minute session

Training starts with a one hour 1:1 consult and movement assessment (Online or in person for £60)

We work with people both in person for weekly sessions, hybrid (one session a month and programmes written for you) and fully remotely making training both accessible and affordable for busy mums looking to prioritise themselves.
