Baby Barre-lates
Looking for a supportive start to your rehab journey or want to add some support to your strength sessions. This is for you. Our Barre-lates course enables you to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, glutes and posterior chain and get you feeling strong with baby by your side.

Whether you're pregnant or 6m+ into motherhood, these strength-focused sessions help you build power, endurance, and confidence. With pregnancy-safe adaptations and progressions for all, you'll always have the right challenge for you.
Run Ready and Slow Run Club
Looking to return to running or you can comfortably run 5km and want to improve your pace. We offer weekly Run Ready run clubs to build to 5k or build your pace and monthly guided trail runs for those looking to find new routes and enjoy nature at a fun and enjoyable pace.
