Looking to focus on your specific needs and requirements?

1:1 training is great if you would like to have
some 1:1 support in your movement. Perhaps you need \a little extra support to feel confident in movement
post birth, you've been referred by a women's health physio or Mummy MOT practitioner
or you have a goal in mind?
This is the option for you! We have a few personal trainers who can support you - send us an enquiry with your goals and availability and we will forward it onto a suitable and available trainer.
