Our Postnatal Strength courses help you to get the most out of each session with in-room baby support whilst adapting to your specific needs.

Our baby/child free class: 45 minutes to build strength & fitness.

Drop in or book a pass. we work with a 4-week strength focus and a varied cardio finisher in each class. Low impact and postnatal safe options: suitable for all mums, see real progress in a supportive environment.

1:1 training

Looking to focus on your specific needs and requirements?

1:1 training is great if you would like to have some 1:1 support in your movement. Perhaps you need a little extra support to feel confident in movement post birth, you've been referred by a women's health physio or Mummy MOT practitioner or you have a goal in mind? This is the option for you! We have a few personal trainers who can support you - send us an enquiry with your goals and availability and we will forward it onto a suitable and available trainer.
